I can’t believe it has been almost a year since the release of 𝑺𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒌! Holding the first copy of the paperback version takes me back to all of the feelings I had this time last year. The paved way for us as females may not always be clear, but it was not knowing how to get here that ultimately led us here.
Life is kind of beautiful that way.
It’s the “wrong turns” the “missteps” and realizing that you’re never really off track that actually puts you in a place of being ready and available to receive the opportunities that are on their way to you.

Earlier today I met a woman who mentioned that she’d started working out with me on the bike and after sometime, she ventured into joining me in arms and light weight classes. After more time, she developed the courage to start my Arms with Tunde program. After completing the program four times through (wow) she joined me today live in studio for a full body strength class. Happy tears filled my eyes hearing her story.

I believe that working out strengthens your ability to trust yourself. Every time you show up you are asked to do something challenging and then every single time, you have to remind/reprove to yourself that you can do it.

My job as your coach is to push you out of the spaces that feel comfortable and into spaces of growth… the more challenging spaces that feel unknown.

It’s time to be pushed.
It’s time for us to move into this new moment together.

Consistency is all about building habits. It was great to join the @abcgma3 crew this morning. I shared my secret to getting up and adding in movement on the days I REALLY don’t want to.

@demarcomorgan and @rhiannonally you both rocked it!! 💪🏿

The 10 Minute Rule is simple: make a commitment to yourself to fit in 10 minutes of movement 3-4x per week.
That 10 minutes can look like anything and you get to choose – just move your body.
What you’re really doing is creating a habit. You want this to become a ritual, a staple to your day.
If 10 minutes of movement per day sounds overwhelming at first, here are some tips to help you get started:
Step 1: DRESS THE PART 👗
Just put on the clothes. Pick something that makes you feel good. I find that if I like what I put on, I’ll be more excited to do my workout.
Step 2: SET A TIMER ⏱
You only have to commit to 10 minutes. So set a timer. After 10 minutes is up, you get to decide what’s next. If you need to stop there, great! You already put in the work. If you feel like you have more to offer, keep going!
First 10 mins of every workout is the negotiation with self
Pro Tip: GRAB A PARTNER 👯‍♀️
Movement is always better if you have community. Grab an accountability partner, even if you can’t workout at the same time and even if you’re doing different workouts for different lengths of time.
